Localytics, the provider of an analytics and marketing platform for mobile and Web apps, has raised $16 million in Series C financing led by new investor Foundation Capital. Existing investor Polaris Partners also participated in the round. The company will use the new funding to accelerate investments in product development, sales and customer service, and to fuel international expansion.
Localytics comprises integrated analytics and marketing products that enable closed-loop marketing across all mobile channels, enabling businesses to target content and campaigns to specific audience demographics within and outside of an app. The new financing brings total capital raised for the company to about $25 million.
