Lone Star weighs $2B Titan deal with Carlyle, Stellex

The Carlyle Group and Stellex Capital Management have discussed selling a defense contractor they own, Titan Acquisition Holdings, to Lone Star Funds, Bloomberg reported. Lone Star is talking to lenders about a potential deal that might value Titan at about $2 billion.
