N-able Technologies, a Canadian software company backed by Accel-KKR, has agreed to be acquired by SolarWinds (NYSE: SWI) for $120 million in cash. N-able is an IT management and automation solutions provider for managed service providers. The Ottawa-based company took in a growth equity investment from Accel-KKR in October 2011. Its sale to SolarWinds is expected to close by the end of the month.
