Network Performance Platform Aryaka Seals $10M Series D

Aryaka Networks, a provider of WAN optimization, application delivery and cloud networks, has raised $10 million in Series D funding from existing investors Trinity Ventures, InterWest Partners, Nexus Venture Partners, Mohr Davidow Ventures and Presidio Ventures. The company delivers application and network performance for the globally distributed enterprise for better collaboration, communication and business productivity. The new investment, Aryaka's fourth funding round to date, brings its total capital raised to about $60 million. The company last raised $25 million of Series C funding at an $81 million valuation in July 2012.
Aryaka, which currently serves hundreds of customers across more than 3,000 sites in 48 countries, will use the new capital to fuel its global expansion plans. The company more than tripled its subscription revenues in the last 12 months, while adding customers across a broad range of industries, such as technology, manufacturing, logistics, media, financial services, architecture and government.
