New Mountain's Ciox Health buys Arrohealth

New Mountain Capital portfolio company Ciox Health, which offers a clinical data exchange for the healthcare industry, has acquired Arrohealth, a provider of risk-adjustment services for health plans and provider groups. Trident Capital and HLM Venture Partners previously owned Arrohealth (fka MedSave USA), purchasing the business in 2013.
