Nutrien to ship Israel Chemicals stake for $700M

Nutrien, the crop input giant created by the merger of Agrium and PotashCorp earlier this month, is planning to sell its stake in Israel Chemicals for around $700 million. The company has a near 14% stake in the business, which posted adjusted EBITDA of $314 million in 3Q 2017, compared with $286 million in the same period the previous year.
