Onavo, a venture-backed mobile analytics provider, has been acquired by Facebook (NASDAQ: FB). Two reports priced the deal at upwards of $200 million. Founded in 2010, Onavo offers an analytics platform that helps publishers and developers track how well their apps are functioning. The company also offers apps for consumers that track data usage and optimize battery life. Sequoia Capital and Magma Venture Partners led a $3 million Series A round of financing for the company in May 2011.
