Pamlico Capital has entered into a definitive agreement to sell TMW Systems to Trimble Navigation (NASDAQ: TRMB) for $335 million in cash. The sale will generate an 11x return on investment for Pamlico, which originally invested $20 million in the company in 2005. TMW is a provider of enterprise software to transportation and logistics companies.
