Gryphon Investors-backed JENSEN HUGHES has acquired fire safety consulting business Jeremy Gardner Associates. The company, which has 70 employees, has worked on more than 6,000 completed projects including the Microsoft campus in Dublin. Last year, JENSEN bought fire management company Russell Phillips & Associates.
