PE-backed Wunderlich sells for $67M

B. Riley Financial (NASDAQ: RILY) has agreed to purchase investment firm Wunderlich Securities for total consideration of $67 million; the business generated $116.9 million in revenue for the 12-month period ended March 31. Altamont Capital Partners had previously led a $40 million equity investment in Wunderlich in 2013.
