Perwyn leads Agilitas IT MBO

UK PE firm Perwyn has backed the management buyout of Agilitas IT Solutions. Founded in 1990, Agilitas specializes in IT outsourcing services and helping companies maintain their IT infrastructure. The company plans to use the new investment to fuel its international expansion and possible future acquisitions.
