Plastic Bag Producer Blown into Wind Point Partners

Chicago-based PE firm Wind Point Partners has acquired plastic bag producer Hilex Poly in a secondary buyout from TPG Growth, which had acquired the company in 2009. Wind Point partnered with Stan Bikulege, the company's CEO since 2008, for the transaction. Hilex produces plastic retail bags and a variety of film products.
