Pritzker strikes pacts with two auto products companies

Pritzker Private Capital has agreed to acquire automotive parts manufacturer Highline Aftermarket from The Sterling Group. The firm has also separately agreed to acquire Warren Distribution, a manufacturer of automotive lubricants and chemicals, from chairman and CEO Bob Schlott. The companies will be combined upon the deal's closing. Sterling formed Highline in 2016 through the acquisition of two aftermarket automotive parts sellers.
