PRV Aerospace Buys Quality Forming

Platte River Ventures-backed PRV Aerospace has added on Quality Forming, a manufacturer of precision sheet metal components and assemblies for the aerospace industry. The deal was completed in partnership with the acquired company's senior management. BofA Merrill Lynch, Fifth Third Bank, KeyBank National Association, BBVA Compass, Columbia State Bank and Wells Fargo provided the senior debt financing. PRV Aerospace manufactures flight critical components for the commercial aerospace and defense industries.
