PSA shareholders approve merger with Fiat

Shareholders of Peugeot owner PSA Group have approved a mega-merger with Fiat Chrysler. The combined company will be called Stellantis and bring together 14 brands, including Citroen, Jeep and Vauxhall. The deal, announced in 2019, was investigated by the European Commission due to concerns that it might reduce competition in the light commercial vehicle sector in several EU member states.
