RedCloud Capital returns

Denver-based RedCloud Capital has relaunched, with original founder Kevin Mitchell, Josh Sartisky and Sam Simpson all joining the team from Lariat Partners. The trio left the first incarnation of RedCloud for Lariat in 2013. The firm will invest in companies with between $3 million and $10 million in EBITDA in the environmental services, agribusiness, distribution, consumer products and business services industries.
