Reggeborgh offers to take Dutch construction biz private

Dutch investment company Reggeborgh has agreed to buy construction services business VolkerWessels in a deal which values it at nearly €1.8 billion. The €22.20 per share offer is for the remaining 36% of the company that Reggeborgh does not own. VolkerWessels generated revenues of €4.8 billion in the first nine months of 2019 and EBITDA of €148 million.
