Riverside Signs Up for eLearning Specialist Learning Seat

The Riverside Company has acquired Australian eLearning company Learning Seat from News Limited. Learning Seat provides online courses, training tools and other resources for professional development, accredited training and compliance education. The transaction marks Riverside's 33rd investment in its Education & Training Specialization and the firm's 300th acquisition overall. The Wingate Group sourced the deal and also co-invested alongside Riverside. The Commonwealth Bank of Australia provided debt financing for the transaction.
