Riverside Thinks of Future for Specialized Medical Services

The Riverside Company has acquired Future Medical as an add-on to existing portfolio company Specialized Medical Services. Future Medical provides rental respiratory equipment, liquid oxygen and related services to skilled nursing facilities, and its acquisition allows SMS to seamlessly enter some new markets. PNC and Medley Capital provided financing for the transaction.
