Saeta Yield snaps up wind farm portfolio

Saeta Yield has acquired Lestenergia—a wind turbine unit of ACS Group—in a deal worth around €186 million. The purchase secures the Spanish renewable energy company nine wind farms with a total capacity of 144 MW. Saeta is aiming to generate 50% of its cashflow from foreign sources by 2019.
