Playtech founder Teddy Sagi has sold 11.5% of the online gaming software supplier for £337.5 million. The sale, via his holding company Brickington Trading, follows the 4% stake he sold to Boussard & Gavaudan Investment Management in March and the 12% holding disposed of last November. Sagi now holds just 6.3% of the company's voting rights. Playtech's (LON: PTEC) shares fell 3.1% on Tuesday.
