Sailthru, a provider of automated marketing personalization solutions, has secured $20 million in a Series C financing round led by Scale Venture Partners. The company increases customer lifetime value for brands that are committed to providing highly personalized interactions to consumers in real-time and across multiple channels. Sailthru, which serves customers like Rent the Runway and Acumen Brands, will use the investment to rapidly add to its global sales, engineering and marketing teams to increase its share of the growing omnichannel marketing solutions industry.
The company has now raised over $47 million in funding to date, including a recent $19 million Series B round that garnered a valuation of nearly $80 million this past February. In conjunction with the new funding, Scale’s Rob Theis has joined Sailthru’s Board.
