Sentinel Buys Hollander from HGGC

Sentinel Capital Partners has acquired Hollander Sleep Products, a designer, manufacturer and marketer of bedding products, from HGGC. Founded in 1953, Hollander produces items including bed pillows, mattress pads, comforters, foam products and related sleep accessories. With nine facilities in North America and 1,650 employees, the company markets its products under brands names including Ralph Lauren, Simmons and Beautyrest. HGGC backed it in 2009, more than doubling Hollander's revenue in the holding period.
