ServiceNow Sets IPO Terms

ServiceNow, creator of a SaaS platform that automates enterprise IT operations, plans to offer 11.65 million shares priced between $15 and $17 apiece in its initial public offering. At the midpoint of the proposed range, ServiceNow would raise $186.4 million. The company plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol NOW. ServiceNow has racked up nearly $55 million in Series A through D rounds and is backed by JMI Equity (53.39% pre-IPO stake) and Sequoia Capital (21.37%), neither of which are selling shares through the IPO.
