The Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore has established conditions for the combination of Grab and the Southeast Asian operations of Uber, per Reuters. Uber reached a deal to sell the unit to Grab in return for a nearly 28% stake in the Singapore-based ridehailing company late last month. The outlined measures include a stipulation that prevents Grab from picking up operational data from Uber, which will reportedly remain in Singapore through May 7.
