Siris-backed Mavenir preps $300M listing

Mavenir, a Texas-based provider of digital transformation services and software for mobile networks, has set a range of $20 to $24 per share for its upcoming public offering of about 13.6 million shares on the Nasdaq. A midpoint pricing would raise $300 million for the company, which has been backed by Siris Capital since its formation via merger in 2017.
