SK Capital has reinvested in chemical manufacturer Archroma. The funding comes after Reuters reported in January that the investor had put the company up for sale with a CHF 1.5 billion (around €1.3 billion) price tag. SK formed Archroma in 2013 by merging the textile chemicals, paper specialties and emulsions units from Clariant.
