Smart Window Maker Seals $55M

Soladigm, a developer of windows based on switchable electronic glass technology, has bagged a hefty $55 million in Series D financing. Reinet Investments and NanoDimension led the round, while DBL Investors, GE, Khosla Ventures, Navitas Capital, Sigma Partners and The Westly Group also participated. The company's Dynamic Glass changes its tint from clear to dark on demand, providing energy-saving control over the amount of light and heat that enters a building.
