Stryker to acquire NOVADAQ for $701M

Stryker has agreed to acquire NOVADAQ Technologies for $11.75 per share, or about $701 million when including net cash on hand of $47 million. NOVADAQ makes fluorescence imaging technology that visualizes blood flow in vessels during surgery, including plastic reconstructive procedures. Shares of NOVADAQ (NASDAQ: NVDQ) gained 95% on Monday.
