TA Associates has sold Alma Lasers, a medical device manufacturer, to Fosun International for an enterprise value of $220 million. Alma Lasers, headquartered in Israel, makes laser, light-based, radio-frequency and ultrasound devices for aesthetic and medical applications, including hair removal, skin treatments, tattoo removal, psoriasis and pain relief. Harris Williams & Co. acted as the exclusive advisor to the company in the sale.
