TelePacific Closes Tel West Acquisition

PE-backed U.S. TelePacific (DBA TelePacific Communications) has completed its acquisition of fellow telecommunications service provider Tel West Network Services. Through the transaction, TelePacific has gained a strong presence in Texas. TelePacific serves small- and medium-business customers, and its investors include Investcorp and Clarity Partners, among others.
