The Gores Group Drops Off United Road at Charlesbank

The Gores Group has sold United Road Services, a provider of vehicle transport and logistics in North America, to Charlesbank Capital Partners. United Road can support vehicle movements across multiple modes of transportation (road, rail and water), and each year, the company manages the transport of nearly two million vehicles. The Gores Group acquired United Road in 2007.
