Thoma Bravo is in talks to lead a $250 million funding round for Illumio that would value the cybersecurity specialist at around $2.9 billion, according to Bloomberg. The funding would be the latest in a flurry of recent deals by Thoma Bravo, which has finalized its $10.2 billion acquisition of RealPage and agreed to purchase Proofpoint for $12.3 billion.
