Play, backed by Tollerton Investments and Novator, is seeking to raise PLN5.2 billion (around €1.23 billion) in an IPO, making it one of Poland's largest listings in recent years. The company will look to sell up to 48.6% of its equity in the flotation, at a maximum share price of PLN44. Play increased revenues by 13% in 2016 to PLN6.1 billion, while operating profit rose from PLN1.1 billion to PLN1.3 billion during the same period.
