Torch strikes $10M pact

Torch, the creator of a leadership coaching platform for managers, has raised a $10 million Series A led by Norwest Ventures, with participation from Initialized Capital, Y Combinator and West Ventures, per TechCrunch. Founded in 2017, the Bay Area business provides video coaching sessions and other related services to clients such as Heap, Scribd and Reddit.
