Toshiba has revived negotiations with Foxconn and existing production partner Western Digital over the sale of its memory chip business, per The Wall Street Journal. Separate talks have reportedly stalled with a group led by Innovation Network, a fund backed by the Japanese government. Toshiba has said it needs to sell the division by next March to return its shareholder equity to positive territory; a potential deal is said to be worth up to $20 billion.
