TPG, Blackstone to duke it out for India's Jet Airways

TPG Capital has begun weighing whether to invest more than $100 million in the frequent-flyer program of India's Jet Airways, according to Reuters, with a potential deal valuing the division at $400 million. The news comes after Bloomberg reported last week that Blackstone was negotiating to buy the business, with a potential deal valuing it at more than £450 million (about $577 million).
