TPG Growth backs Indian apparel brand

TPG Growth has teamed with QRG Enterprises to make a minority investment in Campus Activewear, a clothing brand focused on the casual sports and footwear sector. QRG is the family office of the promotors of Havells Group, a manufacturer of electronic equipment in India. Puneet Bhatia, the country head of India at TPG, will represent the firm on the Campus board of directors.
