Trustpilot made its London stock market debut on Tuesday, giving the company a £1.08 billion valuation.
- The Danish operator of a consumer review website sold 178.6 million shares at £2.65 apiece in its IPO, raising £473.3 million.
- Shares at the close of Trustpilot's first trading day remained unchanged from their IPO price.
- Trustpilot had brought in prior funding from investors such as Index Ventures, Draper Esprit, Seed Capital and Northzone Ventures.
- UK companies have raised £5.2 billion through public debuts this year, which could be a new Q1 record, Bloomberg reported.
