QualaWash, a Roark Capital Group portfolio company providing commercial cleaning & maintenance services to the portable bulk container industry, has made two new acquisitions: Shreveport Tank Wash and Tank Wash Specialists. Shreveport is based in the namesake Louisiana city; Tank Wash Specialists operates out of Neenah, WI. Both companies complement QualaWash's service offerings, which include tank trailer cleaning, ISO container depot services and IBC cleaning and reconditioning services. Atlanta-based Roark Capital acquired QualaWash this past June; the two latest add-on acquisitions were the fifth and sixth for the platform since then.
