Uncommon comes out of beta with $18M

Uncommon has raised the Series A from Canaan Partners, Spark Capital and Zeev Ventures. The startup, whose clients include Lyft and Gap, provides an automated recruiting platform with a proprietary AI algorithm used to analyze career paths, experience, skill level and job interest. Uncommon was founded by Amir Ashkenazi and Teg Grenager, who formerly worked together at the AOL-acquired Adap.tv.
