UTC, Rockwell deal could score financial advisors $100M+

The $30 billion deal announced earlier this week between industrial manufacturing conglomerate United Technologies and aircraft equipment provider Rockwell Collins has the companies' financial advisors slated to net up to $105 million in advising fees, per Business Insider. Some $35 million to $45 million will reportedly go to Morgan Stanley for its buy-side work with UTC, while sell-side services provided to Rockwell could land J.P. Morgan and Citigroup between $45 million to $60 million.
