VeloCloud Networks, a company offering cloud-delivered wide area networks (WAN), raised $21 million in Series B financing. The round was participated in by New Enterprise Associates, Venrock and network technology incubator The Fabric. The company is working to simplify WAN by delivering virtualized services from the cloud to branch offices and mobile users without sacrificing performance or visibility and control over Internet and private networks. VeloCloud has raised over $26 million to date. It raised $5 million in Series A funds at a valuation of over $15 million in early 2013.
