Veritas finalizes $1.1B deal with GE

Veritas Capital has completed its $1.05 billion acquisition of several IT assets from GE Healthcare, an affiliate of GE. The deal was announced at the start of 2Q. The assets—which include divisions focused on enterprise financial management, ambulatory care management and workforce management—will operate together as a standalone company.
