Veritas Capital has entered into a definitive agreement to sell McNeil Technologies to AECOM Technology (NYSE: ACM) for $355 million. McNeil provides mission-critical services to U.S. federal government clients and had revenues of $245 million in 2009. Veritas acquired a majority stake in the company through a 2004 LBO. AECOM also has some PE investors of its own; J.H. Whitney and PCG Capital Partners both participated in a 2006 growth investment.
