Vicente Helping Speed Up DMV Visits with Intellectual Technology

Growth equity investment firm Vicente Capital Partners has acquired a controlling stake in Intellectual Technology (OTC Pink Sheets: ITTI), a provider of hardware and software system integration, as well as printing and delivery solutions to motor vehicle agencies. The company offers both printers managed by DMV personnel and self-service kiosks that allow customers to receive vehicle registrations and other DMV services without having to wait in line for DMV personnel. Vicente made the investment through its Growth Equity Fund.
