Vodafone has offered to buy the remaining share it does not already own in German cable television company Kabel Deutschland in a deal worth up to €2.1 billion. The UK telecom group, which bought a 76.8% stake in the company in 2013, would pay €103 per share. Vodafone has been involved in a long-running legal battle with Kabel's minority shareholders over the price it paid for its stake.
