Volkswagen gets €7.5B bid for Lamborghini

Newly established Swiss holding company Quantum Group AG has offered to buy Automobili Lamborghini from the Volkswagen Group for €7.5 billion, Autocar reported. An acquisition of Lamborghini is said to be key to the investment interests of Quantum, which has reportedly teamed with London's Centricus Asset Management to create a "technology and lifestyle investment platform."
