Voodoo backers mull stake sale

Mobile game developer Voodoo's shareholders are considering selling a stake in the French business, according to Bloomberg. A deal could value the company at more than €1.5 billion. Rivals including Ubisoft and Zynga have reportedly been approached, but talks are at an early stage. Goldman Sachs' PE arm backed Voodoo in 2018 in a deal worth a reported $200 million.
