VR Platform High Fidelity Grabs $11M, $50M Valuation

High Fidelity, a virtual reality startup founded in 2013, has raised $11 million in new funding at a valuation of $50 million. The round was led by Vulcan Capital and included participation from new and existing investors. The company last raised $2.5 million of funding at a $28 million valuation last March. Additional backers include Google Ventures, True Ventures and Kapor Capital.
